More sketches

I'm afraid of how much time I'll probably be devoting to any one of these once I have them traced out onto the final paper.

Yep, traditional drawing. My current process starts with these kinds of sketches. I redraw it in bold lines on the size the finished drawing will be. Then I add details, change things around in the larger size. Then with my makeshift light table I'll lay the paper under a sheet of Srathmore Bristol paper. I trace out everything so that I'm left with a good sheet of paper that has a solid drawing on it without so much as one single eraser mark. After that it's all a matter of drawing from top left to right, and down, like reading a book. This allows me to draw in a pattern that won't force my wrist to rub against already drawn areas and smear the lines.
